Communications support for product launch

Calydo assisted with Julius Baer's internal and external communications during the launch of a new product family. The innovative discretionary mandate offerings are then set to be uniquely positioned within the bank and vis-à-vis clients. For this purpose, Calydo developed stories for the individual mandates and revised the visual design of the client presentations.

Designing the product story and making it tangible

Following a survey of all stakeholders, especially the relationship managers, the new products were each given their own story, which was integrated into Julius Baer's overarching story "What matters to you?". This gives the mandates prominent positioning with respect to existing offerings. In order to then make the story tangible for customers at the touchpoints, Calydo revised the design of the customer presentations for the products to further highlight them within the existing product range.

Development of talking points and Q&As

To support the relationship managers in their work and to get them excited about the new products, Calydo also assisted with the development of talking points and Q&As, and created the content snippets for the internal product launch.
